I led the development of our email and direct mail suite, creating a cohesive visual language across drip series, visit reminders, and new campaigns, along with flexible templates that can adapt to diverse messaging needs.

The website refresh began as a straightforward update to align with our new brand system, but quickly grew into a full redesign and rebuild. After recommending a move to Webflow, I led the design and development – crafting flexible templates, reusable components, and layouts that would scale with the brand as it evolved.
